Use PubMed to Request Articles via DocOrder

Can’t find the article you need in the library’s digital collection?  Placing a request through DocOrder, the library’s interlibrary loan and document delivery system, is fast and easy, especially if the article is indexed in Medline (PubMed).

Follow these steps:

1. Do your search in PubMed.

2. Click on the Article Linker icon next to the PubMed citation.        Article Linker button

3. If the library doesn’t have a license to the journal, you will be sent fo a page with an option to request it.


Have the library get the article for you


4. Use the link for Health Sciences and you will be prompted to log into DocOrder.  If you don’t have a DocOrder account, you must first register.

6. The complete article citation will be automatically imported into DocOrder.

7. Just review and submit. 

You will be notified when the pdf of your article can be accessed through your DocOrder Account.  If you have any questions, please contact:
