Immediately notify the information desk when any borrowed material has been lost. You will then receive a billing statement that includes the cost to replace the material. Your student account in the UA Enterprise system will be encumbered and borrowing privileges will be suspended until payment is made. When the bill is paid, your account is cleared and borrowing privileges reinstated.
Materials that are returned and determined to be damaged will be forwarded to Collection Services where a decision will be made about whether to repair or replace the item.
