Engineering and Mining Journal, October 6, 1928: THEODORE CHARLES ROBERTS died in New York on Sept. 20 at the age of 52. Mr. Roberts was for a time, associated in a consulting capacity with the Guggenheim interests, in Colorado, and the Clark interests, in Arizona. During the World War, he manufactured dye-stuffs and chemicals, and thereafter turned his interests to fields outside of mining.

Transactions. American Society of Civil Engineers. Volume 94, 1930, page 1615: ... Mr Roberts is survived by his widow, Marion Wall Roberts, M. D., and a daughter, Margaret Mary.  A son, Theodore Merton, died in 1916.
