ClinicalTrials.gov gives you information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations, and phone numbers for more details. This information should be used in conjunction with advice from health care professionals."
The National Headache Foundation offers a very small listing of ongoing clinical trials with the following disclaimer: "There are numerous trials of new medications and procedures for treating headache. The National Headache Foundation cannot objectively evaluate, and does not make any representations as to, whether any of these medications and procedures are appropriate for you and if it would be in your best interest to participate in any such trials. If you are interested in any trial, you should consult with your physician."
